We’ll work together using Notion (I will move us under my paid subscription) to keep everything organized and transparent.
You’ll be able to see tasks, milestones, and updates in real time, and provide feedback directly where it’s most useful.
Regular check-ins will help us stay aligned and make adjustments as needed. After launch, we’ll continue coordinating to ensure a smooth transition and make any necessary updates or tweaks. As well as prioritising features to work on next.
We’ll use email for all official communication and important decisions, while Notion and WhatsApp are there for quick updates, questions, and informal check-ins.
Sopi
I developed the branding & creative direction for Sopi, a healthy celery drink company.
The goal was to establish a fresh and vibrant identity. I created visuals that highlighted the product's health benefits and refreshing nature, ensuring the brand stood out in a competitive market.
Anello
Anello’s branding was redesigned to better reflect the app’s vision. After the initial commissioned identity no longer aligned with the product’s direction, I developed a refreshed visual identity that feels more authentic, modern, and consistent with the brand’s values and goals.

Bernburg
To strengthen my design practice, I developed my own visual identity. The goal was to create a brand that reflects my values as a designer.
The logo, color palette, and typography are applied consistently across my website, proposals, and portfolio, presenting my work with the same professionalism I bring to client projects.

FurnitureDB
FurnitureDB is a curated online database that makes furniture research simple and inspiring. It gives designers, architects, and enthusiasts an intuitive way to explore furniture pieces with detailed specs and high-quality images.
The platform is community-driven: users can contribute new pieces, update entries, and share insights, ensuring the database stays fresh and valuable. Development is ongoing, with continuous improvements as the resource grows.
Anello
Anello is a marketplace app for second-hand shopping, designed to make sustainable consumption effortless. I created the UI, UX, and programmed the platform with a focus on clarity, smooth user flows, and secure transactions.
Features like smart search filters, simple listing tools, and a personalized dashboard make buying and selling pre-owned goods intuitive and enjoyable.
Rummy Tracker
A PWA app that replaces paper scorekeeping with seamless entry and automatic totals.
I also integrated an Elo inspired ranking system and leaderboard, turning casual play into a more competitive and engaging experience.
DNS Tool
I developed a custom tool to simplify sharing DNS records with clients. Instead of sending records by email, where formatting issues and spam filters cause problems the tool generates a unique link to a clean, accessible web page.
It also includes a lookup feature to verify whether records were set up correctly, reducing back-and-forth troubleshooting. The result is a secure, reliable solution that makes handling technical data smoother and more professional.
Grace Period
For the first 4 weeks after launch, I will fix any critical bugs at no extra cost.
Beyond that, all work, including: bug fixes, new features, and changes will continue under one of the support models (to be chosen before launch).
Retainer
A set number of guaranteed hours each month dedicated to bug fixes, feature development, and backlog priorities.
Contracts are flexible, available in 3, 6, or 12-month terms.
20 hours / month → £1,700
40 hours / month → £3,300
60 hours / month → £4,700
Hourly Bank
Pre-purchased hours that can be used flexibly for bug fixes, new features, or changes as needed.
£85 per hour
Minimum block: 20 hours (£1,700)
I’ve put together a preliminary version of the contract for you to check out. Feel free to reach out with any changes or tweaks you’d like to make.
If everything looks good, the next step is to review the contract draft and confirm any changes. Once the contract is agreed upon, we can kick off the project, schedule our first check-in, and get started on bringing your vision to life. Please reach out with any questions or adjustments before we move forward.
